The small towns Omaruru and Otjiwarongo are about 100 km (1.5 hours drive) away and offer great opportunities for some souvenir shopping and sight-seeing. Both Omaruru and Otjiwarongo, while being typical local towns, carry remnants of the German colonial era. A flying safari will allow you to see much of our beautiful country while limiting travelling time. We have airstrips on the property that will enable you to fly directly to your next destination. Travelling by car will likely be cheaper and allow you to appreciate the vast variety of landscapes as well as the distances between sites worthy of a visit. We will arrange such tours for you at your request.
